This spring, we will be reading the book Fervent by Priscilla Shirer. Fervent is a hands-on, knees-down, don’t-give-up action guide to practical, purposeful praying. You can purchase the book on Amazon or ChristianBook. Come ready to grow more in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus through His Word and this study. Our first meeting night is January 30th! We will be watching The War Room, which inspired Pricilla Shirer to write the book, Fervent.

Women In The Word
Thursdays 9:30-11am in Conference Rooms 1 and 2.
We will begin with an in-depth study on the letter to the Ephesians including scenes from the life of Paul. This letter is addressed to a group of believers who are rich beyond measure in Jesus Christ, yet are living as beggars, and only because they are ignorant of their wealth. They relegate themselves to living as spiritual paupers. We will be looking into the Christian’s heavenly bank account to ask ourselves how much of our life is rooted in His spiritual wealth. How do we walk in the spirit and fulfill the destiny that God has designed for each one of us? Philippians focuses on Christian unity. Paul’s central thought is simple: Only in Christ are real unity and joy possible. With Christ as our model of humility and service, we can enjoy a oneness of purpose, attitude, goal and labor, illustrated from Paul’s own life, and one we desperately need to hear.
