There are so many ministries here at SGT to be involved in. Whether you're thinking of just joining in or committing to becoming a volunteer, there is a place for you!
The heartbeat of the SGT Women's Ministry is to inspire women of all ages to grow in loving the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind and to love one another. Women are encouraged to grow together in the study of God's Word, pray together, fellowship with one another, and serve the Lord in tangible ways by reaching out to minister to those in need. There are a variety of different women's ministries empowering women to grow stronger in their personal faith and relationship with Christ. For more information, visit our Women's Ministries Page.
The mission of our Men's Ministry is to equip men through Bible study, fellowship, prayer and worship to live victorious Christian lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. From Couple's Classes on Sunday mornings, to one-on-one marriage counseling through our NAME Center, SGT has so many resources available for you to ensure your marriage thrives. Please visit our Marriage and Family Ministries Page to learn more.

Recovery and Self-Care
As a church, we believe that God has equipped us with resources for those who are experiencing difficult seasons such as grief, divorce, and overcoming addiction. This includes:
GriefShare: A thirteen-week video/discussion course specifically tailored for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one or any loss in their lives. For more information, see www.griefshare.com. Meets every Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
Celebrate Recovery: Walk in Victory! Receive freedom from habits and healing from hurts. Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM. For more information, see www.celebraterecovery.com.
Widowed Support Group: "Comfort one another with the comfort you have received". Widows and widowers are invited to meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. for a light breakfast, fellowship, sharing, and a message of encouragement from the Word of God.
Ancient Paths: The goal of Ancient Paths is to encourage those seeking rest for their souls to return to the ‘ancient paths’ found in the Bible. The course is designed to identify root causes and bring lasting change in these areas. This is a Holy Spirit led ministry to the heart, which involves an intensive time of teaching from God's Word, followed by sharing, prayer, and ministry in small groups. For more information and for upcoming dates, visit the Family Foundations website.
As a multigenerational church, we want to ensure that our seniors know that they are cherished and valued. We have numerous ministry opportunities including our Nursing Home Ministry and our Senior Saints luncheons. Luncheons are held quarterly and feature special music and speakers. Watch the Sunday bulletins for announcements. All Seniors are invited to attend and to bring their friends. For more info, call the church office.
